This course is designed for students who are in their first year of BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery). The course provides a comprehensive overview of the basics of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic medicine. Students will learn the fundamental principles and concepts of Ayurveda, including the three doshas, five elements, and six tastes. They will also gain an understanding of different Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.
